Biography

Ann Cooper, MD, received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. She then completed her internship and residency in family medicine at Memorial Medical Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. Her clinical interests include counseling geriatric patients who come to urgent care to establish healthy routines, including finding a primary care physician and staying consistent with their medications.

Dr. Cooper is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Cooper currently resides two blocks from the beach and loves to walk. She’s a mom to two sons and three rescue cats and in her free time, she enjoys playing piano, reading, and working out.
