Biography

Eboni Carter, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her internship and residency training at Portsmouth Family Medicine with Eastern Virginia Medical School in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Dr. Eboni Carter is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
