Biography

Kaitlyn Gavaza, PA-C, received her Bachelor of Science in biology degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPA) degree at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, urgent care, family medicine, and obstetrics & gynecology. Ms. Gavaza believes that patient education is integral to the patient care experience.

Ms. Gavaza is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, cooking, running, singing, trying new restaurants, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
