Rosemary Balderston, MD, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University College Hospital in London, England. She performed an internship in medicine at Derby City Hospital in Derby, England and an internship in surgery at University College Hospital in London, England.

Dr. Balderston completed her family practice residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School/Portsmouth Family Practice, where she served as Chief Resident. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
