Biography

Tyler Perkins, MPA, PA-C, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. He and his family moved to Hampton Roads where he attended the Master of Physician Assistant Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia where he graduated with honors.

Mr. Perkins is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and holds professional affiliations with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants. He is also a member of the Pi Alpha National Honors Society.

Mr. Perkins is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on listening, education, and clear communication. He believes that helping patients understand their condition and treatment plan is key to supporting information decision and achieving their best possible health.

Outside of the clinic, Tyler enjoys hiking, fishing, gardening, and cooking. He values spending time with his family, including his wife, son, and their two dogs.
