Biography

Dr. Emily Schley is an experienced internal medicine physician with an extensive background in hospital medicine across both public and private healthcare settings. She has served as a hospitalist at multiple healthcare organizations throughout Virginia, providing comprehensive inpatient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient outcomes. In addition to her hospitalist experience, Dr. Schley has worked in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting, furthering her expertise in managing complex and chronic medical conditions

Dr. Schley earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Washington Hospital Center. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys playing tennis and staying active.
