Biography

Mariah Falls, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in primary care and pediatrics. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Radford University Carilion in 2021, where she was inducted into Pi Alpha, the National Honor Society for Physician Assistants.

Native to Shelby, NC, Mariah brings valuable clinical experience from primary care and urgent care settings in North Carolina and Hawaii. Her background allows her to seamlessly manage routine health maintenance, preventative wellness, and acute illnesses for patients of all ages, with dedicated attention to pediatric care and well-child visits.

Mariah operates with a deeply collaborative, parent-led philosophy. Believing that health and wellness start at home, she views the whole family as an active part of the care team. Outside of caring for patients, Mariah loves being beachside and spending time with her husband and daughter.
