Biography

Regan Brecke, PA-C, received her Bachelor of Science in biology degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. She then received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MPA) degree from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Brecke’s approach to treatment is emphasizing patient-centered care, a focus on the comprehensive needs of individuals, balanced with current evidence-based medicine. She believes patient-centered care is a full partnership between patients and healthcare providers in promoting and maintaining all aspects of their health. When providing care, Ms. Brecke integrates the patient’s social, cultural, familial, and personal beliefs and concerns as important facets of physical and emotional health.

Ms. Brecke is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA). Originally from Yorktown, Virginia, Ms. Brecke has been providing care as a Physician Assistant in the Suffolk and Western Chesapeake area since 1999. In her free time, she enjoys reading and outdoor activities with her family, especially hiking, skiing, and boating.
