Biography

Keonna Chwiliniski is a certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person care with a special focus on chronic disease management and mental health. Her clinical interests include managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, while also supporting patients navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that often accompany chronic illness.

Keonna’s healthcare journey began with hands-on roles as an EMT and Emergency Department Technician, where she developed a calm, patient-focused approach to care. Prior to becoming a PA, she also worked as a high school teacher, an experience that sharpened her communication skills and deepened her ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.

With a passion for education and empowerment, Keonna is committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where patients feel heard and supported—physically, emotionally, and mentally. She believes strongly in addressing both the mind and body when it comes to health and healing.

Outside the clinic, Keonna is a devoted mother who enjoys preparing healthy meals for her family, staying active, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. She is honored to care for her community and looks forward to building long-term relationships with the patients she serves.
