Biography

Kulasegaram Skandaraj, MD, received his medical degree from the University of Jaffna in Sri Lanka. He completed his internal medicine residency at the MedStar Harbor Hospital Department of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Skandaraj is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
