Biography

Sameerah Rehmani, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician. She earned her medical degree from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan, and completed her internal medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital, a Yale-affiliated program, in Waterbury, Connecticut. Dr. Rehmani was awarded Best Intern and Outstanding Resident in Primary Care during her residency. Her medical interests include preventative medicine, diabetes, complex illnesses, and women’s health.

Dr. Rehmani is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. In her free time, she loves kayaking, enjoying the beach, and spending time with family. Dr. Rehmani is fluent in English, Urdu, and Kiswahili.
