Biography

Dr. Sarah Chacko grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia, and earned her medical degree from Norwich Medical School in England. She completed a family medicine residency at VCU Riverside in Newport News, Virginia, where she served as chief resident. Following residency, she obtained a Healthcare Master of Business Administration from George Washington University and went on to complete a sleep medicine fellowship at NYU Langone in New York.

Dr Chacko is also board certified in obesity medicine and has a special clinical interest in the relationship between obesity and sleep apnea. 

Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Chacko enjoys gardening, cooking, kayaking, cycling, hiking, and traveling with her husband and family.
