Biography

Shannon C. Thain, FNP-BC, graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she also completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her clinical interests include cardiothoracic and neurocritical care.

Ms. Thain is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, spending time outdoors and at the beach with her family, and keeping up with her busy twin sons.
