Biography

Dr. Muna Fahmi graduated with her medical degree from Al-Mustansiriya University – College of Medicine in Iraq. In 2000, she received her postgraduate diploma in obstetrics from the University of Otago in New Zealand. In 2004, Dr. Fahmi completed her internal medicine residency for State University of New York at Buffalo Graduate Medical & Dental Education Consortium, where in 2005, she also went on to complete a geriatrics fellowship.

Dr. Fahmi is certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Geriatric Medicine. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
