Biography

Yahaira Tarrats, FNP-C, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree at South University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Ms. Tarrats is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also board certified in vascular access and worked as a vascular access nurse for ten years with special interest in critical care and pulmonary care medicine. In her free time, Ms. Tarrats enjoys spending time with her adult children and grandchildren. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys visiting her place of birth, Puerto Rico, once or twice a year.
