Biography

Colleen G. Meiser, RN, MSN, FNP-C, received her diploma in nursing from Riverside School of Nursing in Newport News, Virginia. In 2005, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, where she also received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2007. Ms. Meiser’s professional interests include family practice and health promotion and education.

Ms. Meiser is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is originally from West Virginia and spent about 15 years in Hampton Roads before moving to Farmville, Virginia. She is excited to return to the area and begin practicing in Suffolk. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
